You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. millon88 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your millon88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. millon88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify millon88 support immediately via live chat.
millon88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
millon88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. millon88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your millon88 account. millon88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements.
millon88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or pending KYC verification.
All transactions on the millon88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. millon88 may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing inactive account policy, as notified to the player via their registered contact details.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. millon88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
millon88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
millon88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, millon88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
You may close your millon88 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
